Meet the Family
Family has always been at the heart of Dixons Commercial & Residential Services. Founder and CEO Marty takes great pride in educating not only his sons but instilling his strong work ethic in many young men in all facets of the business. Growing up in Baltimore City Marty learned early the importance of mentorship.

Marty W.
Marty is the founder of DCRS, he noticed a need for good yard service in his community and a need for young men to have a safe, and legal way to make income. Marty built DCRS as a family business for his sons/mentees. Marty comes to each home with a vision, using his gifts to turn your home into something organized and beautiful. He is an expert in grass maintenance, landscape design, and garden planning. He brings an attention to detail and showmanship to every project. He understands the importance of curb appeal, and customers enjoying their indoor and outdoor spaces. He is dedicated to the revitalization of his local neighborhoods.
Terrel J.
Asst. Manager
Terrell grew up in and with DCRS. Terrell got on his first riding lawnmower around 9 years old. He is an expert in grass maintenance, landscape design, and garden planning. Marty used his childhood interest in dirt and energy to cultivate skills for his son to use. Terrell helps manage DCRS client needs, the crew, and schedule. He also has a passion for creating a space clients can enjoy.
Larry H.
Crew Leader
Larry also started with DCRS at the age of 9. After pushing his first lawn mower he has mastered grass maintenance, tree/bush trimming and garden planning. Larry is a quiet but efficient worker. He is a consistent staple with Marty on weekly jobs and helps manage client's needs. Larry has a passion for learning and cultivating spaces from humble beginnings to masterpieces.
